Digital PR

If you think networking and relationships are important for business, raise your mouse. Anyone who didn't agree can skip this section.  As for the rest of you who did, you just acknowledged that social media and social networking are not something you can dismiss as a fad.  Maybe some of the sites  you keep hearing about won't make it.  But ignoring all the big ones is like saying you should have ignored Amazon and eBay back in 1998 because you thought e-commerce wouldn't catch on.

Here's a tip.  Facebook is nothing but a "channel" like HBO.  LinkedIn is MSNBC. Twitter is CNN.  Blogs are like CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX rolled together.

We are now in a content-rich, Internet-driven world. It has changed the way people communicate and interact with each other, and also how businesses communicate with current and potential customers.

Back in the day, the only way to reach customers was through expensive advertising or securing ink in traditional print media. Nowadays, it's vital to support your PR and marketing outreach by leveraging new media tactics such as blogging, social networking, podcasts and comment marketing to engage the right audiences, communities and thought leaders online.

It doesn't matter if you own a bank, a donut shop or a law firm. If your customers use the Internet then it's highly likely that one of the above channels would be a cost effective and a highly credible way to communicate with them.  Because if you don't, your competitors will, painting you as a dinosaur.  Being extinct sucks.

Whether you like it or not, people are talking about you online.  Are you going to join the conversation?

Web site Development, Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing

Why make a major investment in first class marketing or public relations but have a Web site with poor messaging and confusing navigation? Web sites come in all shapes and sizes.  Some are pretty/cool and effective. But more are pretty/cool and ineffective.  Not just the front end, but what's going on with the engine under the hood?  If you don't know how to write code, we urge you to choose a professional Web developer that has credentials, not just some kid who knows Dreamweaver.  David and Sam PR has relationships with Web specialists for all kinds of budgets and project scopes. They make the site work and make sure it's found by the search engines. We make sure it tells your story.

Electronic Marketing

Your database is one of your most valuable marketing assets. What are you doing to leverage it? Whether you wish to communicate with those contacts 1X a month or 1X a year, a professionally designed and written e-newsletter or e-mail delivers incredible bang for the buck. And with the right software tools you can tell exactly who did and did not open your e-mails. Even your ex-wife. Here's a basic tip. Give away some knowledge.  Customers/clients are more likely to open and/or share your e-mails if there is something of value in it for them.  Kind of what we just did here.
