We have no ambition to grow our Studio into a lumbering bureaucracy, housed in a monolithic building that's filled with forms and meetings about meetings. Our goal is to be deep enough to service any client but intimate enough that nobody ever says to a colleague, "sorry, that's not my account."
When people are empowered to make decisions, celebrated for their successes and supported after their mistakes, they have fun working together and that's when the good stuff happens.
Balance is a big part of who we are. We never expect someone to put their job ahead of family. Make no mistake, a client's work needs to be great and completed by deadline - but it doesn't matter to us how, where or when that happens. If you have something important to take care of away from work, do it.
